You’d be hard-pressed to find a more water-tight defense than the Dallas Cowboys which is why they’re perched at #1 in our 2024 Fantasy Football Dynasty Defense rankings. Considering defense is also the Jets’ calling card (despite having Aaron Rodgers in the building, which says a lot), Gang Green settles in as DST3.
Lower down is where it gets a little interesting. The Patriots represent decent value as DST7 whereas Tampa Bay (DST11) and Cleveland (DST15) are great options. At one point last year, the Browns ranked 29th in red-zone defense.
