Born on October 21, 1992, in Baltimore, Maryland, Damion Lee is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Phoenix Suns. After going undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft, Lee first played in the G League before signing a two-way contract with the Atlanta Hawks.

The 6-foot-5 shooting guard developed his basketball skills at Calvert Hall in Towson and St. Thomas More in Oakdale, Connecticut. At the latter, he led his team to a 30–7 record and the National Prep School Championship.

For college, Lee attended both Drexel University and University of Louisville, where he emerged as an elite scorer. He won the Rookie of the Year award in 2012 and was also a part of the CAA All-Defensive Team in 2015.

So far in his NBA career, the veteran sharpshooter’s highlight was winning the 2022 NBA championship with the Golden State Warriors. He featured in 16 games for the Warriors in the playoffs that season.

Lee last played for the Suns in the 2022/23 season, averaging 8.2 points on 44.5% shooting from deep. He missed the entire 2023/24 season due to a right meniscus injury.
