By the time his senior season rolled around, Pritchard was one of the best players in the country averaging 20.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 5.5 assists a game. He was also named the Pac-12 Player of the Year. Pritchard was a consensus All-American selection and was given the Bob Cousy Award as the nation’s best point guard.

Pritchard was selected as the 36th overall pick by the Boston Celtics in the 2020 NBA draft. Pritchard signed a four-year rookie deal worth $10.5 million.
