Henry Belin IV, born on May 14, 2004, is an American football offensive tackle currently plying his trade with the Duke Blue Devils. He began his high school football career at Cardinal Hayes High School where he was rated a consensus three-star recruit by all sports outlets. He was ranked the No.3 player in the state of New York by ESPN. Belin recorded 6,000 passing yards and 55 touchdowns while rushing for 593 yards and 13 touchdowns. The Bronx native led his school to the Class AAA Championship as a sophomore in his three seasons with his high school.

The 6-foot-3, 210-pound lineman decided to take his football journey forward in college with Duke while receiving offers from Buffalo, Indiana, Massachusetts, Rutgers, Syracuse, and Vanderbilt among others. As a freshman in 2022 with the Blue Devils, Belin saw action in a lone game against North Carolina A&T where he completed 5-of-6 passes for 43 yards and also bagged 21 snaps. After redshirting his freshman year, the Bronx native saw action in three games and made his first career start against Wolfpack where he completed 4 out of 12 passes for 107 yards with an interception and two touchdowns.
