Jett Huff is an American football quarterback currently plying his trade with the Houston Cougars. He started playing high school football at College Station High School under his father Steve Huff who was the head coach for the Cougars. Huff burst on the scene as a sophomore and started at quarterback in each of three years at College Station. As a sophomore, Huff totalled 73 completions for 1,015 passing yards. In his final year of high school, Huff recorded 3,157 passing yards with 43 touchdowns in 16 games.
Huff began his collegiate football journey with Houston Cougars over New Mexico. In his first season with the Cougars, Huff did not see any action and redshirted the year. The following season as a redshirt freshman, Houston endured a similar discouraging campaign and decided to enter the transfer portal at the end of 2023.
