Toto Wolff is the team principal and the CEO of the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team. He has served as the team principal since 2013 and is also the team's managing partner, working as the head of Mercedes-Benz Motorsport Group. Wolff was born on January 12, 1972, in Vienna, Austria. Under his vision and leadership, the Silver Arrows won eight consecutive F1 constructors' championship titles from 2014 to 2021. Toto Wolff has made Mercedes the third most successful Formula 1 racing team in history after Ferrari and Williams.

His first taste of motorsport came when he went to watch a race with his friend at Nurburging at age 17. However, his career as a racing driver lasted for only three years. After giving up racing, Wolff went to Vienna University of Economics and Business. He later founded his company, Marchfifteen, in 1998 and, Marchsisteen, in 2004.
