Tyrrell Hatton’s father is Jeff Hatton.

In 2004, Jeff established a small, independent golf center in Marlow called "Hatton Golf," which provides lessons, club fitting, and repairs. According to the Hatton Golf website, Jeff has been Tyrrell's coach from his early years in golf till his professional career.

Tyrrell Hatton’s mother is Karen Hatton.

Karen was diagnosed with a tumor in her lungs in 2018. That year, in July, Hatton was playing at the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open. Talking about it to the Telegraph, he said, “My mum lives up in Aviemore and was going to come here to watch me, just as she did at the Dunhill last year. But they found a tumor in her lung five weeks ago and she’s recovering from the operation. Luckily, they caught it pretty early and the surgery went well. Hopefully, watching me doing well will help her recovery. It would be a great tonic for her.”
