Jamahal Hill is one of the top fighters competing in the light heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The former light heavyweight champion of the promotion is the No. 3 contender in the division, as of January 2025. The 33-year-old fighter made his professional MMA debut in 2017 and maintains a record of 12 wins, two losses, and one no-contest. The majority of his wins were via knockout (seven), and decision (five), respectively.

For his last outing, Jamahal Hill headlined the monumental UFC 300 against the UFC light heavyweight champion, Alex Pereira for the title. Nevertheless, Hill got KO'd within three minutes and 14 seconds into the first round of the bout. However, Hill is now gearing up for his next showdown on January 18, 2025. For this, the American fighter will face the No.2-ranked light heavyweight contender, Jiri Prochazka at UFC 311: Makhachev vs. Tsarukyan at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, United States.

As per the TMZ, James Anthony Hill Jr. is Jamahal Hill's brother. There needs to be more information regarding Hill's brothers and other family details in order to confirm their relationship as the former champion has not spoken much about his family anywhere.

In December 2023, Jamahal Hill was arrested following a domestic altercation filed by his brother James. As per multiple reports online, Jamahal Hill sucker punched James during a heated argument inside their home in Michigan, United States.

Moreover, Hill got out on bail after the incident and remained silent as the case has been proceeded to the court. He addressed this incident through his YouTube channel and said he is waiting for the truth to be told in court.
