Khalil Rountree Jr. is an MMA fighter currently competing in the light heavyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He is currently ranked No. 8. among light heavyweight fighters in the UFC as of September 24, 2024.

As a Middleweight competing under the Tuff-N-Uff and King of the Cage (KOTC) banners, Rountree had a 6-1 record in his amateur fights. On June 6, 2014, at RFA 15, Rountree defeated Livingston Lukow to make his Resurrection Fighting Alliance light heavyweight debut. By a unanimous vote, Rountree prevailed.

Rountree participated in The Ultimate Fighter: Team Joanna vs. Team Cláudia in April 2016. He defeated Muhammed DeReese by knockout in the opening round. He competed against Cory Hendricks in the elimination round and lost via submission in the first round. On July 8, 2016, Rountree made his promotional debut in the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale against Andrew Sanchez for the TUF 23 Light Heavyweight title. He was defeated by a unanimous decision in the fight.

Rountree is currently gearing up to take on one of his biggest challenges in the UFC in the form of Alex Pereira at UFC 307 for the light heavyweight championship on October 5, 2024.
