Bill Vinovich is an American football official who has worked in the National Football League (NFL) from 2001 to 2006 and since the 2012 NFL season. He wears the uniform number 52 in the NFL. He began his officiating career in 2001, as a side judge and officiated many high school and small college-level games. In the 2004 season, Vinovich was promoted to the referee. As the year went by Vinovich officiated in many big games and he also was the referee for the 2018 NFC Championship Game. In 2020, he was chosen to be the referee of Super Bowl LIV. In 2022, he was named the alternate referee for Super Bowl LVI. Vinovich by his hard work has made himself into one the best referees in the game today.

He also worked as the official NFL referee in two Super Bowls once in 2015 and the other in 2018.

He was born in Beaver County, Pennsylvania on December 1, 1960. As of now, he is 62 years old. Bill Vinovich is married to Jeanette Vinovich. The Couple have now been married for 30 years and since then have been blessed with a son and a daughter. The name of the son is William IV and the name of the daughter is Shawna Vinovich. The Vinovich's are a loving and supportive family.
