Tez Johnson, born on May 18, 2002, in Pinson, Alabama, is a professional American football player. As of November 2024, Tez is on the Oregon Ducks. Through the first nine games with the Ducks, Johnson has accumulated 649 receiving yards (via Pro Football Reference).

His journey to college football began when he was adopted by Patrick Nix at the age of 15. Tez Johnson attended Pinson Valley High School, where he played football alongside Nix. He quickly made a name for himself as a talented athletе and became a three-year startеr for the school's football team. In his junior year, Johnson's exceptional performance earned him a first-team all-state selection.

He caught 106 receptions for 1,457 yards and 10 touchdowns that year, including a remarkable game with 17 catches, 247 yards, and three touchdowns. This outstanding performance ranked amongst the top ten for most catches in a game in the history of the state of Alabama.
