Josh Kelly is a wide receiver who formerly represented Fresno State, Washington State, and Texas Tech from 2019 to 2024. His longest tenure in college was at California State University, Fresno, where he stayed from 2019 to 2022, before taking his talents to Washington State in 2023. During his four-year tenure as a Bulldog, Kelly only once played double-digit games. That season, he tallied 778 receiving yards, which was his best year from a statistical standpoint at Fresno. After playing 27 games at Fresno, Kelly joined the Washington State Cougars football program in 2023, where he put up 923 receiving yards in a single year. Kelly concluded his collegiate career after transferring to Texas Tech in 2024.
