Brandon McManus, a Green Bay Packers placekicker, was signed in October 2024 after being released by the Washington Commanders in June 2024, after only two months of signing. He originally went undrafted in the 2013 NFL Draft. In 2013 and 2014, he played for the Indianapolis Colts and New York Giants' practice squads, respectively. Moving on, he traded to the Denver Broncos and stayed with the team until signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars in May 2023. He won the 2015 Super Bowl too.

After completing his education at North Penn High School, McManus enrolled at Temple University in 2009. He set records for points scored (338), field goals made (60), field goals attempted (83), and punting average (45.3) throughout his college career. As of December 2024, Pro Football Reference reported that he had played in 170 games and scored 1,146 points, including 269 field goals on 328 attempts and 339 extra points on 348 attempts.
