Cedric Jashon Tillman is a wide receiver of the 2023 NFL Draft class who was selected by the Cleveland Browns in Round 3 of the NFL Draft. Tillman attended the University of Tennessee and played for the Tennessee Volunteers from 2018 to 2022.
Although Cedric Tillman redshirted as a freshman for Tennessee in 2018, he majorly served as a backup wide receiver for the team. He became a starting wide receiver for his college team in 2021 and with a total of 12 touchdowns in the season, he ranked third in the SEC. Being eligible for the 2022 NFL Draft, Tillman still decided to play one more season at Tennessee. Cedric Tillman was born to Cedric and Roshanda Tillman on April 19, 2000. Cedric was named after his father who was also a football player in the NFL.
His father, Cedric Cornell Tillman was drafted in the NFL in 1992 and started his career with the Denver Broncos. He then went on to play for the Jacksonville Jaguars and ended his career in the first ever edition of the XFL with the Las Vegas Outlaws.
