Cooper Kupp is an American football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams as of January 2025. Kupp embarked on his professional journey with the Los Angeles Rams after being selected as the 69th overall pick in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft. After his match-winning performance against the Cincinnati Bengals in the Super Bowl LVI, he earned the title of MVP of Super Bowl LVI. In 2021, Cooper was also named the NFL Offensive Player of the Year, earned First-Team All-Pro honors, made the Pro Bowl, and led the league in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns.
Kupp was born in Yakima, Washington on 15 June 1993. He went to Davis High School, Yakima where he participated in both football and basketball programs. Following high school graduation in 2012, Kupp enrolled at Eastern Washington University and committed to play college football for the Eastern Washington Eagles football team from 2012-2016. He won the Walter Payton Award in 2015 and the Jerry Rice Award in 2013, was a two-time Big Sky Offensive Player of the Year (2015, 2016), and a four-time First-Team FCS All-American (2013–2016).
