Deforest George Buckner is an American Football player who plays defensive tackle for the Indianapolis Colts. He played collegiate football at the University of Oregon and was selected in the first round of the 2016 NFL draft by the San Francisco 49ers. In 2019, Buckner was selected to the 49ers' second-team All-Pro and made the Pro Bowl. With the Colts, in 2020, he was assigned to the first-team All-Pro and made the Pro Bowl in 2021 and 2023.
As a freshman at Oregon, he played in 13 games and finished the season with 29 tackles, 2.5 for a loss, and 1.0 sack.
