Frank Ragnow is an American center for the Detroit Lions as of the 2024 NFL season. The Lions selected him with the 20th overall pick in the first round of the 2018 NFL draft. In the year 2018, Ragnow was the first center to be drafted. Ragnow was named to start as a left guard for the season. He earned Second-team All-Pro honors twice (2020, 2023) and was selected to the Pro Bowl three times (2020, 2022, 2023).

Ragnow chose the University of Arkansas despite offers from other major programs and excelled there. The 6 ft 5 in center went on to play collegiate football for the Arkansas Razorbacks where he contributed to Arkansas' SEC-leading record of 0 sacks allowed. He has played in 42 games, starting 33 in a row, mostly at center but also 15 games at right guard. He earned First-team All-American, and First-team All-SEC honors twice in 2016 and 2017.
