Jawaan Taylor is the offensive tackle for the Kansas City Chiefs and a Super Bowl champion with them. Previously, he played four seasons for the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2019 to 2022. As of January 2025, he has played in 99 games and started all of them. Taylor was drafted 35th overall in the second round of the 2019 draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars and was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team. During his time with the Jaguars, he started every game as the right tackle.

He began his football career at Cocoa High School, following which he moved to the University of Florida, having previously committed to the University of Miami. He played in three seasons with the Florida Gators and decided to forego his senior year to enter the 2019 NFL Draft.
