Jordan Connor Stout is an American football punter for the Baltimore Ravens in the 2024 NFL season. The Ravens selected Stout as the 130th pick in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. In his early days, Stout played his high school football at Honaker High School based in Honaker, Virginia. Stout was named the MVP during his senior season after making nine of nine field goal attempts while also averaging 47 yards per punt. Stout kickstarted his collegiate career by joining the Virginia Tech Hokies football program in 2017 and spent two years with them. He went on to record 60 touchbacks on his 71 kickoffs in 2018, which resulted in him finishing fourth in FBS with 84.5% touchbacks, according to Virginia Tech's official website. However, after spending two years with the Hokies, he transferred to Pennsylvania State University in 2019.

During his first season with the Penn State Nittany Lions, Stout recorded 66 touchbacks and set the school record with a 57-yard field goal in a game against Pittsburgh. During his second season with the Lions, Stout appeared in nine games, where he averaged 41.5 yards per punt, as per Penn State's official website. According to Sports Reference, He concluded his collegiate career by accumulating 4403 yards on 99 punts in 48 games.
