Khalil Delshon Mack is an American professional football linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers as of the 2024 NFL season. The Oakland Raiders selected him with the fifth overall pick in the first round of the 2014 NFL draft. He played for the Oakland Raiders from 2014 to 2017, the Chicago Bears from 2018 to 2021, and has been with the Los Angeles Chargers since 2022. As of Week 7 in 2024, he has recorded 611 total tackles, 104 sacks, and 3 interceptions.
Before his journey in the NFL started, Mack played college football for the Buffalo Bulls football team and received a scholarship from the State University of New York at Buffalo to play Division I football. He earned first-team All-MAC honors for the three consecutive season from 2011 to 2013. He continued his top-notch performance throughout his college career and finished his college run where he won the CFPA Linebacker Trophy for the 2013 season.
