Leo Chenal is an American linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs, selected at the 2022 NFL Draft in the third round with the #103 pick. The Grantsburg High School alumnus was awarded the title of state Gatorade football player of the year along with the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association's small-school offensive and defensive player of the year in 2019 (via On3). After this, he enrolled at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in the same year.

Chenal received an honorable mention for the 2020 All-Big Ten Conference. In his junior season, he was selected as the first-team All-Big Ten and the Butkus-Fitzgerald Linebacker of the Year. After forgoing his final year, he was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2022 and became a two-time Super Bowl champion with wins in 2022 and 2023. According to Pro Football Reference, He has played in 51 games, having 160 tackles, five sacks and four pass deflections as of January 2025.
