Crosby made his NFL debut with the Raiders against the Broncos and recorded six tackles in 2019. He had his first career sack in Week 5 against the Chicago Bears. By the end of his rookie season, Crosby recorded 47 tackles, and four forced fumbles. The following season, Crosby recorded 39 tackles and seven sacks. In 2021, by the Associated Press, Crosby was named as a second-team All-Pro edge rusher. A year later, Crosby extended his contract with the Raiders for four more years. In the 2023 season, Crosby recorded two forced fumbles and 90 tackles.
