Odafe Oweh is an American football linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens in the NFL. The Ravens selected Oweh as the 31st pick in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Born to Nigerian parents in the United States, Oweh started playing basketball in childhood but later shifted to football during his high school years at Blair Academy.

After high school, Oweh joined Penn State for his collegiate career and made an immediate impact. As a freshman in 2018, he played in four games and recorded two sacks. In 2019, he saw an increase in playtime during his sophomore year. Showing his outstanding skills in 13 games, Oweh recorded 21 tackles and five sacks.

Henry Oweh, Odafe's father, was born in Nigeria. Henry moved to the United States before Odafe was born and is the owner of Divine Health Medical Supplies Inc-A Durable Medical Equipment Company, according to doffa.org. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Fine and Applied Arts from Delta State University. Henry is also the Vice President and Co-Founder of the DOFFA Foundation.

Tania Oweh, Odafe's mother, moved to Nigeria at seven for her education. After years in Nigeria, she relocated to the United States with Henry. An attorney by profession, Tania specializes in Corporate and Immigration Law from the University of North London. She is also the co-founder of Divine Health Medical Supplies Inc-A Durable Medical Equipment Company and the Executive VP for Spikenard Inc. Tania is the treasurer and co-founder of the DOFFA Foundation.
