Oladejo hails from Elk Grove, California. He attended Cosumnes Oaks High School. He was rated a three-star recruit by 247 Sports. Oladejo began his college career at the University of California in 2021 as a linebacker, appearing in 21 games and recording 129 tackles, eight for loss, one sack, one interception, and one forced fumble. In 2023, he moved to UCLA, playing in 25 games in two seasons. He had 111 tackles, 17 for loss, five sacks, five pass deflections, one interception, and two fumble recoveries. Switching to edge rusher in 2024, he had 13.5 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks. His performance earned him the Kenny Clark Award as UCLA’s top defensive lineman and a spot on the Big Ten Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll, according to his UCLA Bruins roster.
