Dylan Holloway is a Canadian professional ice hockey center for the Edmonton Oilers of the National Hockey League (NHL). Notably, Holloway began his career with the Okotoks Oilers in the Alberta Junior Hockey League (AJHL), where played for three seasons and finished second in league scoring in 2018-19. At the same time, he was rated as the 12th-best North American skater for the 2020 draft by the NHL Central Scouting Bureau. He went on to play college hockey for the Wisconsin Badgers, where he achieved notable success in his sophomore year with 35 points in 23 games. That same year, he made the B1G First All-Star Team, AHCA West Second Team All-American honors and was also the finalist for the Hobey Baker Award. The year prior to that, he was selected 14th overall in the 2020 NHL Draft.

Having signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Oilers April 16, 2021, he ended his collegiate career with the Badgers and transitioned to the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Bakersfield Condors. However, he underwent two wrist surgeries and later caught COVID-19 in 2021, which delayed his professional debut. After recovering, he started playing for the Condors in January 2022 and recorded 22 points in 33 regular-season games. Moving on, he made his NHL debut on June 6, 2022, during the Western Conference Finals and scored his first NHL goal on November 26, 2022, in a 4-3 victory over the New York Rangers.
