Peter Laviolette Jr. is an American ice hockey coach and former player, currently coaching the New York Rangers in the National Hockey League (NHL). He was born on December 7, 1964, in Franklin, Massachusetts and has coached various teams throughout his career, including the New York Islanders, Carolina Hurricanes, Philadelphia Flyers, and Nashville Predators. His coaching achievements include winning the Stanley Cup with the Carolina Hurricanes in 2006 and earning the AHL Coach of the Year award (Louis A. R. Pieri Memorial Award). Additionally, he helped Team USA win a World Championship bronze medal in 2004. Furthermore, Laviolette has also been selected to coach in multiple NHL All-Star Games, including the 2010-2011 season as co-head Coach and the 2014-2015 and 2017-2018 seasons as Head Coach.

Peter Laviolette III
Born on December 19, 1997, Peter Laviolette III presently plays as forward for the Wheeling Nailers in the ECHL. He also played hockey at Plymouth State University and prior to that, began his journey with Proctor Academy in 2013-14.
Moreover, he sees similarities between his father and Derek Army, the head coach of the Wheeling Nailers, whom he admires and learns from closely. Peter Laviolette III also acknowledges his father's accomplishments with pride and admiration, recognizing him as the winningest American-born head coach in NHL history.
Jack Laviolette
Jack Laviolette also played hockey for quite sometime in his life. He was born on May 15, 1999, in Brentwood, Tennessee and began his career with Proctor Academy in 2015-16. He later attended Florida Gulf Coast University where he played for two seasons before retiring. Notably, he was the ACHA II Champion in 2018-19.
Eliasbeth Laviolette
Eliasbeth Laviolette is a softball player at Boston College and also serves as Vice President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Prior to Boston College, she used to play outfield and first base at Brentwood High School. She has also played with Flury Platinum 18U team in 2019 and the Tampa Mustangs which won the 18U WFC Champions. She is presently in her senior year and is also majoring in Biology.
