Tiffany Hayes is an American-Azerbaijani basketball player who plays for the Las Vegas Aces in the WNBA. She was drafted in 2012 by the Atlanta Dream as the 14th overall pick in the second round. Hayes became a WNBA All-Star in 2017 and has been known for her elite scoring ability. By the end of the 2024 season, Hayes had averaged 13.2 points per game across 350 WNBA career games, as per Basketball Reference. Hayes played for the Atlanta Dream from 2012 to 2022, joined the Connecticut Sun in 2023, and has been with the Las Vegas Aces since 2024. Alongside her WNBA career, she also plays for Laces BC, a team in the women's 3x3 basketball league called ‘Unrivaled’ founded by fellow WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart.

Along with the WNBA, Hayes has had a long and accomplished overseas career. She played in Israel for Hapoel Rishon LeZion during the 2012-13 off-season. In 2013-14, she split her time between Beşiktaş JK in Turkey and America de Recife in Brazil. Hayes returned to Turkey for the 2015-16 season with Yakın Doğu Üniversitesi and played for Mersin Büyükşehir Belediyespor in 2016-17. In 2017, she joined Maccabi Ashdod in Israel for the 2017-18 off-season. Hayes later played for Perfumerías Avenida in Spain from 2019 to 2021. She spent the 2021-22 off-season with Çukurova Basketbol in Turkey and played in China for the Shanghai Swordfish in 2023-24.
