Ghost of Tsushima takes on the adventures of the samurai Jin Sakai, who must protect his homeland, Tsushima Island, from the first Mongol Invasion by the devious general Khotun Khan. This game was developed by Sucker Punch Productions and released under the banners of Sony Interactive Entertainment on July 17, 2020.

This action-adventure game was released on July 17, 2020, on PlayStation 4. A year later on August 20, 2021, it was released on Sony’s latest generation console, the PlayStation 5. Moreover, the Ghost of Tsushima will be playable on the Windows PC from May 16, 2024.
Ghost of Tsushima Gameplay
Ghost of Tsushima is an action adventure that focuses on melee combat. The game allows players to play the game as they like. They can either fight honorably by getting into a direct confrontation against the enemies. However, players can also take a dishonorable and stealth route by assassinating the enemies under the alias of “the Ghost”.
The game has an open-world setting and three islands to explore. All the islands aren’t available at the start but get unlocked as the player progresses in the game’s main story. As for exploring the islands, players can always walk on their legs but for faster travel, they can ride a horse. They also have a grappling hook to reach difficult areas of the island.
There is also a multiplayer mode for the game called the Legends. This game mode has a Japanese mythological setting, featuring supernatural enemies and mythical worlds. Ghost of Tsushima: Legends features three modes. First, there is the Story mode which requires two players to complete. Then, there is a survival mode where four players team up to survive waves of enemies. Finally, the Rivals mode where two teams of two players compete against each other.

This 2020-released game features many exciting characters that make this game even more appealing to play. The protagonist of the game is Jin Sakai, the last surviving member of the Sakai Clan and also the nephew of Jito of Tsushima, Lord Shimura. Jin would be fighting against the cunning and evil Mongol general Khotun Khan.
On this adventure, Jin meets many other intriguing characters whom he befriends like the warrior Lady Masako Asachi, master archer Sadanobu Ishikawa, the con artist Kenji, the Buddhist warrior monk Norio, the thief Yuna and her blacksmith brother Taka. Jin also meets some old acquaintances like his clan’s caretaker Yuriko and his childhood friend, ronin Ryuzo.
