Especially in his first bout against Hopkins after securing a unanimous decision win, captain hook revealed that he came in the fight with a broken hand -

After accumulating a 49-1 record in his first fifty fights, he suffered a dip. Jones went on to lose the next three fights - Antonio Traver x2 and Glen Johnson. However, bounced back in style winning three out of his next three fights.

Jones’ name was recently back in the spotlight as on 23rd July 2020 he and Mike Tyson revealed that they would run it back in the ring on November 28, 2020. The pair contest a highly disputed split draw.
