Cameron Taylor-Britt is an American football cornerback for the Cincinnati Bengals in the NFL. The Bengals drafted him as the 60th pick in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft. In his rookie year, Taylor-Britt started nine games of the ten he appeared in and started all the post-season games as well. He finished the regular season with 55 combined and 41 solo tackles. In his two years in the NFL, Taylor-Britt has appeared in 21 games recording 103 combined and 80 solo tackles. Growing up in Montgomery, he attended Park Crossing High School. He was a versatile player who could play as a QB, WR and DB as well. Taylor-Britt made it to the All-State as he passed for 1,466 yards, rushed for 1,030 yards and scored 30 touchdowns as a senior.
Being a three-star recruit and on the list of Top 60 athletes by 247Sports, Taylor-Britt committed to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, playing for the Cornhuskers from 2018 to 2021. He was straight into action in his freshman year, as he appeared in 11 games. Taylor-Britt started as a sophomore and was also mentioned in the All-Big Ten. As a junior, he totalled 28 tackles playing in every game. Taylor-Britt had a breakout season as a senior captaining his team. Recording career-high 52 tackles, he was invited to the Senior Bowl and was mentioned in the Second-Team All-Big Ten by Coaches and Media as well.
