Cooper DeJean is an American football cornerback and punt returner for the Philadelphia Eagles as of the 2024 NFL season. The Eagles selected him with the 40th overall pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft. In his first season with the Eagles, DeJean has recorded 51 total tackles, 0.5 sacks, one fumble recovery, and six pass deflections, by the end of the 2024 NFL regular season.

DeJean played football for the Iowa Hawkeyes, representing the University of Iowa at the collegiate level from 2021 to 2023. DeJean earned unanimous consensus All-American recognition and First-Team All-America honors in 2023.
