In a game against Charlotte, Pearsall caught an insane one-handed catch which is perhaps his most memorable moment in his college football career.

Pearsall was born in Phoenix, Arizona but grew up in Chandler, Arizona. He attended Corona del Sol High School in Tempe, Arizona and set the Arizona High School 6A receiving yard record for a single game with 342. Pearsall was a three-star recruit coming out of high school and chose to play for Arizona State despite getting other offers from programs such as Hawaii, Idaho, New Mexico State, and more.
