Trevor Keegan (born August 30, 2000) is an American football offensive lineman. He attended the University of Michigan and played collegiate football there. Keegan was twice chosen to the All-Big Ten team and helped Michigan win the national title in 2023.
Keegan was born in 2000 and went to Crystal Lake South High School in Crystal Lake, Illinois. He was considered one of the best offensive line prospects and earned scholarship offers from many institutions, including Georgia, Penn State, and Michigan.
Keegan came to the University of Michigan in 2019. While he did not play in any games during his rookie year, he continued to improve his talents. In his sophomore year (2020), he started contributing on special teams and even got some action on the offensive line.
His attention to studies earned him Academic All-Big Ten recognition. Keegan's hard work paid off during his junior year (2021). He emerged as a starter at left guard, playing an important part on an offensive line that won the Joe Moore Award as the finest in the country. His efforts were further recognized with an honourable mention All-Big Ten nomination.
Before the 2022 season, Keegan shed almost 30 pounds, dropping from 340-343 pounds to 303-305 pounds. During his senior year, he started 11 games at left guard. Keegan was named a first-team offensive guard to the All-Big Ten team by conference coaches and media after the 2022 season.
The league coaches picked all three of Michigan's interior offensive lineman for the first team: Keegan, Olusegun Oluwatimi, and Zak Zinter. Keegan also won consecutive Joe Moore Awards in 2022. In 2023, Keegan returned for his fifth season, starting all 15 games has Michigan won the national title. Keegan was chosen All-Big Ten for the second straight season.
