Cole Eiserman is an American ice hockey left wing representing the USNTDP Juniors in the United States Hockey League (USHL). He plays as a left winger and is a top prospect eligible for the 2024 NHL Entry Draft. Notably, Eiserman has committed to Boston University for his collegiate hockey career, which will commence in 2025-26.

Beginning with Middlesex Islanders 13U AAA, Cole Eiserman's hockey journey soared when he joined Shattuck St. Mary's 14U AAA in 2020-21, where he netted an impressive 97 goals in just 50 games. Eiserman continued his development at Shattuck St. Mary's, moving up to the 18U Prep team the following season where he scored 56 goals and added 30 assists in 53 games. For the 2022-2023 season, Eiserman earned a spot on the U.S. National Team Development Program (NTDP), where he played for both the U17 and U18 teams. He put up impressive numbers with 72 points (42 goals, 30 assists) in 42 games with the U17 team and 32 points (20 goals, 12 assists) in 20 games with the U18 team. Eiserman also competed in the United States Hockey League (USHL) as part of the USNTDP Juniors where he tallied 44 points (28 goals, 16 assists) in 32 games. The 2023-24 season saw him put in consistent performances with the USNTDP Juniors as he ended the season with 25 goals in 24 games.
