Sam Reinhart is a Canadian professional hockey player for the Florida Panthers in the National Hockey League (NHL). Notably, Reinhart was drafted second overall in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft by the Buffalo Sabres and played with Sabres before his eventual trade to the Panthers in 2021.

Reinhart began his career with the Hollyburn Country Club in West Vancouver, initially as a defenseman before transitioning to a center. Reinhart played for the Atlanta/Calgary Flames from 1979 to 1988.
