
Jordan Isaiah Askew-Burch, better known as Jordan Burch, is an American football defensive end currently playing collegiate football for the Oregon Ducks, representing the University of Oregon. He is in his senior year and plays the role of EDGE. He was with the South Carolina Gamecocks from 2020 to 2022 before moving to the Ducks in 2023. According to the official Oregon Ducks website, Burch appeared in eight games in his rookie season and finished his true freshman campaign with 19 tackles.
Burch was a standout player at Columbia's Hammond School, graduating in 2020. He led the Skyhawks to their third consecutive SCISA 3A championship in 2019 with a 12-2 record, was named a 2019 USA TODAY and MaxPreps preseason All-American, and was named the top player at the Elite Under Armour Camp in 2019. Coached by former South Carolina quarterback Erik Kimrey, he was ranked as the No. 1 player in South Carolina, the No. 2 defensive tackle in the nation, and the eighth overall in the 247Sports Composite.
