Caroline Dubois has won the youth Olympic, youth world, and four times the youth European championships. Dubois defeated Vaida Masiokaite in her debut professional bout in February 2022, winning on points.

At Wembley Arena in March 2022, Dubois defeated Martina Horgasz in the first round by way of stoppage (49 seconds). She defeated Rodriguez by TKO in the first minute of the first round in December 2022.

She also won the European junior title in 2016 (54 kg) and 2017 (60 kg). She was the English National Youth Champion (60 kg), European Junior Champion (60 kg), and Youth Olympic Games champion (Girls' lightweight) in 2018.
