Jose Aldo with his family

UFC Hall of Famer José Aldo has every reason to be considered one of the greatest mixed martial artists, as he is a two-time UFC featherweight champion with seven successful defenses, a one-time light heavyweight champion with three successful defenses, a WEC featherweight champion, and a Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix winner. The Brazilian champion was born on September 9, 1986, and competes in the bantamweight division (126–135 lbs.) of the UFC. Martial arts came to him through Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art; in his early years, he trained to protect himself on the streets.

He has a 32-8 record, with seven of his eight losses coming in the UFC. His most recent fight was in May 2024 against Jonathan Martinez. Moreover, the Brazilian legend is now gearing up for his next fight against Mario Bautista at UFC 307 on October 5, 2024.

Jose Aldo's kids

Jose Aldo has two kids: a daughter, Joanna, and a son, Jose Aldo III. Aldo married Vivianne in 2005, after dating for a while. They met at the gym, where Vivianne was training in Muay Thai and is also, reportedly, a BJJ blue belt. The couple's first child was born in 2012, a daughter named Joanna; a decade later, in 2022, Jose Aldo III was born.

However, not much is available about both kids, but Aldo’s Instagram account often posts about their trips and vacations together. In 2022, Aldo posted an image of his newly born son with the caption, “18.09.2022 💙 46cm 3.1150 Day of celebration, our long-awaited José Aldo Third has arrived. It feels like the first time, and we're here with open arms to give you all the love in the world. So beautiful and so small, capable of awakening the greatest feeling: LOVE. And here we are diving in a sea of immeasurable Love! How wonderful God is !!! Welcome my son! We love you.”
