Milton’s mother has been working for over 25 years as of February 2024. Today, she holds the position of SVP and is a Chief Human Resources Officer at Community Medical Centers.

Kendall Milton’s father, Chris Milton is a lifestyle and fitness coach. This worked out to be a blessing for both of Milton Sr.’s sons as he guided them in training and mental conditioning from a very young age. Kendall’s father introduced weight training to him and his brother at the ages of 6 or 7 years old and has been their motivator since then.

Chris Milton was also the football coach for his sons' teams during their younger days. He recalls how Kendall initially seemed uninterested in the sport but from year two onwards there was a huge change and his younger son started liking it.

Chris Milton is a Skilled Executive Leader working at Arbor Lodging from October 2023. He has completed both his BBA in Management and his MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix as per his LinkedIn account.
