Connor Charles Hellebuyck is an American ice hockey goaltender who is playing for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League (NHL). Born on May 19, 1993, Hellebuyck was selected in the 5th round (130th overall) of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft by the Winnipeg Jets. Hellebuyck signed an entry-level contract with them on April 5, 2014, and made his professional debut in the 2015-2016 season. However, he was sent to the St. John's IceCaps, the AHL affiliate of the Jets to hone his skills.

Hellebuyck was recalled by the Jets during the 2016-2017 season. During the 2017-2018 season, he became the first American goaltender to set the record for most single-season wins after Tom Barrasso. Hellebuyck continued giving strong performances and won the Vezina Trophy in 2020. In 2021, Hellebuyck won his 153rd NHL game as the Jets, breaking the franchise record for most wins by a goaltender. The following season, he played his 380th NHL game and celebrated his 200th-game victory with the Jets.
