The ninth edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will take place across the length and breadth of the Caribbean islands and the United States of America between June 02-29m
Each team will play a total of four Group matches in this 20-team event. The top two from each of the four groups will advance to the Super-8 stage, where eight teams will be split into two groups.
The top two teams from each group will move to the knockout stage. The semi-finals will take place on June 27, followed by the summit clash in Barbados on June 29.
This tournament will see the Canadian Men’s Cricket Team make its first appearance at the marquee event. The Canadians have been drawn alongside former champions- India and Pakistan- the United States of America, and Ireland in Group A.

Canada will open their ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 campaign against the United States of America in Dallas on June 01.
Their next two fixtures would be against Ireland and Pakistan in New York on June 07 and 11 respectively. The final league stage match will be against inaugural champions India at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium in Lauderhill on June 15.
