The ninth edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 will take place across the length and breadth of the Caribbean islands and the United States of America between June 02-29m
Each team will play a total of four Group matches in this 20-team event. The top two from each of the four groups will advance to the Super-8 stage, where eight teams will be split into two groups.
The top two teams from each group will move to the knockout stage. The semi-finals will take place on June 27, followed by the summit clash in Barbados on June 29.
New Zealand T20 World Cup 2024 Schedule
The former T20 World Cup runners-up, New Zealand, has been drawn in Group C, alongside co-hosts and two-time winners, West Indies, Asian Giant Killers, Afghanistan, Uganda, and Papua New Guinea.
The Kiwis, who will be led by Kane Williamson, will open their World Cup 2024 campaign against Afghanistan in Guyana on June 08.
The BlackCaps will then travel to the Brian Lara Cricket Stadium in Trinidad, where they will play their remaining group matches. Their big-ticket clash against the West Indies will take place on June 13, followed by matches against Uganda and PNG on June 15 and 17 respectively.

New Zealand T20 World Cup 2024 schedule came out recently, and the Kiwis will be playing four matches in Group C.
