Andrew Gregory Dalton is an American football quarterback who plays for the Carolina Panthers in the 2024 NFL season. The Cincinnati Bengals drafted Dalton with the 35th overall pick in the second round of the 2011 NFL Draft. In March 2023, Dalton signed a two-year, $10 million contract with the Panthers. He spent nine seasons with the Bengals (2011–2019) and played one season each with the Dallas Cowboys (2020), Chicago Bears (2021), and the New Orleans Saints (2022).
Dalton played football for the TCU Horned Frogs, representing Texas Christian University (TCU). Over his four-season collegiate career, he recorded 10,314 passing yards, 71 touchdowns, and 30 interceptions (according to Sports Reference). Upon graduation, he held several school records at TCU, including most wins (42), passing yards (10,314), pass attempts (1,317), completions (812), and completion percentage (61.6). However, Trevone Boykin later broke most of these records. In high school, Dalton played football at Katy High School in Katy, Texas.
